Open Outlook Express and you will presented with a screen like the one below. Click on the Tools menu at the top, and go down the list to Accounts and select it

Once you have clicked on accounts you will be presented with the following window, displaying which accounts you currently have setup in Outlook Express.

In this window, click on the Add button in the top right.

This will in turn give you a list which you can select which type of account you wish to add.

Click on mail and you will be presented with the following window where you want to fill in your name.

Click
Next, then fill in your email address.

Click
Next again, and you will be asked for the incoming and outgoing mail servers, which we want to fill in as mail.nevisuk.net and as shown below.

Leave the type of server at the top as
POP3.

Click Next again and you will be prompted for the username and password that are to be used for your incoming mail server.

Fill in your username, and your password, and click Next. (dont tick the box for logon using secure password authentication).

Then you will be told you have entered all the information necessary.

Click Finish.

This will return you to the accounts window, which should now display the account you have just setup as a mail account.

This shows that the account is currently setup to use any available connection (it will use the default connection which Internet Explorer is setup to use, although you can change which connection it uses, see checking Outlook Express settings for help with this).

Click on Close in this window and you are done.
